There has never been any question that "The Beatles" were the absolute most phenomenal English language popular music recording artists of the nineteen sixties (1960's), and the most beloved. Here, George Harrison sings lead vocal as John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and Ringo Starr back him up:

That's Kaer for sharing Randy C's version, it is also very nice!
"Imagine" is one of my favorites.
You suggested that we sing it at the party but I was concerned that one of the lines might not have been appropriate for Lifechanyuan, so we sang the one that Josh Groban popularized.
Jazz singer, Randy Crawford also did an excellent cover of Imagine.
I could not find it on any of the Chinese video servers, but here:

I like John Lennon's "Imagine".
Thanks for your comment, Bob Dylan had a long a long career and certainly contributed a lot. The Beatles lasted less than a decade, but produced dozens of works during that brief time. All their early works were "pop" and appealed to non-thinkers, but as they progressed, their music became deeper and more philosophical. I would not compare the two because they were very different except to say that The Beatles were like a red giant star that fuses all its hydrogen in a few hundred million years whereas Dylan is more like a smaller star, such as our sun that continues to burn for billions.
John Lennon. Another lovely guys in 1960's. I prefer Bob Delon.
